Flipped Science reimagines the traditional science fair by having Yale graduate students present their research through fun and engaging poster presentations to local middle and high school students.
In this in-person event:

Yale graduate students share their science in an accessible and interactive poster presentations

Middle/High school tudents then serve as the judges, evaluating each presentation
-
Awards are given by attendees to the presenters for creativity, visual design, and clarity
Flipped Science offers a unique opportunity for students to explore real scientific research, engage directly with scientists, and begin developing their own scientific thinking.
Note: Attendance to all events is coordinated through Yale Pathways to Science.
